Theme of the Month: Ageism
As the American Psychological Association indicates, ageism is the one of the last accepted areas where many Americans engage in stereotyping and biased behavior. Ageism, while often unintentional and socially learned, manifests itself in a myriad of ways that negatively impact the lives of aging adults.
