About Boston Senior Therapy

After many years providing therapeutic help to a wide range of adults, children, families, and couples, I began specializing in Senior care. After receiving referrals from colleagues who just couldn’t find the right resource for their Senior clients — their calls ultimately led to me. And thus Boston Senior Therapy was born.

Older people often feel stuck when making important decisions — and with a lot at stake. This is often due to past hurt, coloring perspectives on the present day and the potential approaches to effective problem-solving.

Join me as we explore your current needs, discover creative solutions together, and build a therapeutic relationship of trust and collaboration. Reduced anxiety and a stronger sense of self will be the important results of our work together — and in living an older life of greater ease!

I look forward to getting to know you and developing a helpful plan together.
